Purchasing Delivery Refunds & Returns Policy

Purchasing Products

You can puchase goods via a paypal account or select the checkout button which allows you to use your debit or credit card.

We do not ship outside the United Kingdom.



All items are despatched 3 days after receipt of order(s) placed. Postage charge for the United Kingdom is £3.00


All goods must be signed for on delivery.


If you are not in item(s) will return to your local Royal Mail Delivery Office (you will need to make arrangements for collection yourself) Delivery is via Royal Mail to address stated.


We will send you a confirmation e-mail letting you know when your order is dispatched. This will include your Order number/ref & despatched number.


During company holiday period no orders will be despatched until we r-eopen.


Seasonal Delivery

No deliveries on festive holidays ie Christmas Eve, Christmas, Boxing Day, New Years Eve,  New Years Day, Easter or Bank Hoildays.


Orders placed on the above days will be posted when we re-open for business.


Refunds Policy

For Health and Safety reasons we are unable to accept cosmetic or skincare products for refund or exchange. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected


Returns Policy

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If a product has been damaged in transit or incorrect product supplied, please contact us by email within 2 working days (detailing your reason for return ) of delivery.


Where an incorrect product was supplied we will replace at no extra cost. Please note when returning goods that have been incorrectly supplied or damaged, must be in their original packaging unopened with seals in tact and returned to:

Where product is damaged on receipt please provide evidence within 24 hours of delivery via e-mail.


Where a refund or replacment of item is granted .We will send confirmation via e-mail.
